The SuperSpeed Golf Training System is a training aid designed to help golfers increase their swing speed and, consequently, their distance. This 3-club set includes clubs of varying weights (light, medium, and heavy) to facilitate overspeed training. The core concept is to swing these clubs at maximum effort, training your body to move faster and generate more clubhead speed. The reviews analyzed provide a glimpse into the real-world effectiveness of this system.
Several reviewers reported positive results, with one user, Jon, claiming a 10 mph speed increase in just five days. This is a significant claim, and while individual results will vary, it suggests the system can deliver on its promise. Attilio notes that the program requires consistency and time (around 30 minutes per session for several months) to see optimal results. Andrew Stuart echoes this sentiment, stating that the product works if you put in the effort. This highlights a crucial point: the SuperSpeed Golf Training System isn't a magic bullet; it requires dedication to the training protocol.
Pros:
* Increased Swing Speed: Multiple users report noticeable improvements in swing speed and distance, suggesting the system's effectiveness.
* Good Quality: Reviewers consistently praise the quality of the clubs, indicating durability and a well-made product.
* Value for Money: One reviewer, Eddie Spark, specifically mentions the product's better value compared to similar products on the market.
* Effective Training Tool: The system provides a structured approach to swing speed training, helping golfers improve their performance.
* Positive User Experiences: The majority of reviews are positive, with users expressing satisfaction with the product's performance.
* Manufacturer Support: One reviewer mentions good support from the manufacturer.
Cons:
* Lack of Instructions: A significant drawback is the lack of included instructions or a structured exercise program. Eddie Spark points out that users need to seek guidance on YouTube or elsewhere.
* Time Commitment: Achieving results requires consistent training, demanding a time commitment of around 30 minutes per session for several months.
* Not a Quick Fix: The system requires effort and dedication, and results are not immediate. This may deter some users.
The SuperSpeed Golf Training System appears to be a worthwhile investment for golfers seeking to increase their swing speed and distance. The positive feedback regarding performance and quality is encouraging. However, potential buyers should be aware of the need for consistent training and the lack of included instructions. While the system can deliver results, it requires commitment and a willingness to learn the proper training techniques. If you're prepared to put in the work, the SuperSpeed Golf Training System offers a potentially effective way to improve your game. The value for money is good, but make sure you have access to the training protocols online.

10 mph speed increase in 5 days....seems to work!. As an older golfer (55) now playing with his 20 year old son after about a decade layoff I feel that my short game and putting are coming back to form (used to be low single digits handicap) but i have lost (at least) 2 clubs distance and I am getting it round in the low 80s. Some yardage loss I put down to poor mechanics (still working on those) and being older but it still hurts to be hitting a 7 iron in from 140 and carrying a driver about 210. (in my heyday a 7 iron was 155 and driver carry 230 to 240 which gave me chances of getting on a couple of par 5s in 2 and not hitting woods into par 4s which gave me another 4 shots or so improvement - all this with older technology). Despite all the advances in technology I seem to be going backwards. So I bought myself a swing speed monitor from amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Sports-Sensors-Swing-Speed-Radar/dp/B00124P7SI) and checked my driver mph which was around 90 (my son half seriously said maybe I need senior shafts...). My last club fitting was about 12 years ago and my driver speed was high 90s then when I was scoring mid 70s on a good day so about a 10% drop. I bought the superspeed set and have been practicing for 5 days....interesting results so far Using level 1 protocol, my first practice showed swing speed of 93 max with the lightest clubs. Reverse swing was about 60 and felt very uncomfortable. 5 days and 3 sessions later I am swinging at about 104 right and 85 left handed (which still feels awful). Heaviest club is in the mid to high 90s which in theory should be similar to my driver speed. What I think is happening is my sequencing is improving as I progress to the heavier clubs and the extra weight helps me time better with the step swing drill so I am generating more power with hips and legs (sometimes it feels like my younger man swing). This plus maxing out speed with the lighter club is getting my body used to what speed I can swing at. My objective is to get my driver speed up to the mid to high 90s and get a 230 plus carry driver and 150 yard 7 iron with a reasonable smash factor. In theory at 100mph I could get 240+ carry if I could get the ball in the centre of the club! I was a little skeptical but after 5 days I have to say i think this definitely improves speed although I guess some of the improvement could be me "finding" my old swing but I am not sure if this would have happened withoit pushing the envelope with these superspeed sticks. Scientifically, overspeed training makes sense (I train in karate and we do the same things to drive up speed). I guess you could build your own set but I would be worried about nuts and bolts escaping from duct tape. Personally I think the swing speed device is essential (for around $120) to baseline then monitor progress plus $200 for the speed sticks an investment of $320 to give me 10 mph back feels like a good deal.Especially if I can knock the occasional drive past my son. surprised expression - PRICELESS!I will update this review after a few weeks and have had chance to see if this speed translates onto the course.
Better Value than the rest.. I don't know if these are the same as the one's selling for a £100 dearer but these are very good quality and I am pleased with them and hope they do improve my speed and distance. There's no instruction on how to use them or any format of exercise but there are plenty on 'YouTube'.Watch this space.
