This machine comes from the factory with the grinder set very coarse, producing a very weak blend, consistent with the video assessment. The grinder setting is in the hopper where beans are added, and adjustment needs to be made while the grinder is operating, so check your owners manual for instructions. From the factory mine was set at 12 on a 1-12 scale, with smaller numbers producing a finer blend, and I found that changing the grinder setting to mid range (6) produced *much* better results.
