250 $ budget recommendation for beginner want automatic machine so I am confused about one of these (espresso works 10 in one and it has grinder with it or .coffee cafe barista 180 usd + 70$ grinder,, or any other recommendation
I don’t think you’re going to get what you want for $250. You’re going to end up getting subpar quality and it will be very frustrating. I started in the same place with a cafe Roma and a $70 grinder and I couldn’t stand not being able to pull with any consistency and or good flavor. Everything was fast and sour. I ended up going with an infuser and a sette 270 and its meeting my expectations. If you were to go cheap I would find a cheap espresso maker and put the majority of your budget into the grinder instead.
I don’t think you’ll be happy with that budget. It’s a pain, but you might be happier planning out what you need, then saving until you can get it. When I took the plunge from nice coffee to hone espresso, it took a long time to save, but the investment paid for itself in about a year. I calculated what my wife and I spent on coffee out, then we committed to only drinking coffee at home to save the $$ until I could buy.
You’re not going to be making anything you’d want to drink on such a tight budget. The minimum buy-in for proper at home espresso is at least $450, and that’s not even automatic machine territory or including the grinder costs.
People on here have nice ones so I figured I'd ask but why should I get something that's 200$+ over a 40$ one? The only advantage I saw was being able to do one shot instead of only two or four and having a water tank.
