The G/FORE MG4+ golf shoe has garnered attention for its modern, stylish aesthetic. The brand, known for its bold designs, aims to blend fashion with function. The MG4+ is a spikeless shoe, targeting golfers who prioritize both on-course performance and off-course versatility. With a focus on comfort and a premium feel, the MG4+ positions itself as a high-end option in a crowded market. You'll find many reviews mentioning the shoe's appearance, with users drawn to its unique and eye-catching designs.
Performance-wise, the MG4+ receives mixed reviews. Many users praise the comfort level, particularly for walking the course. Several reviewers highlight the shoe's cushioning and overall feel, making it suitable for extended wear. However, traction is a recurring concern. Some users find the spikeless sole less grippy, especially in wet conditions. Several users mentioned concerns about the sole's performance in early morning dew, with some users reporting slipping.

The G/FORE MG4+ golf shoe offers a compelling blend of style and comfort, making it an attractive option for golfers seeking a fashionable shoe. However, the mixed reviews regarding durability and traction raise concerns. While many users love the shoe's comfort and design, the potential for premature wear and tear, coupled with traction issues, may give you pause. If you prioritize style and comfort and play in dry conditions, the MG4+ could be a good fit. However, if durability and grip are paramount, or if you play in wet conditions, you might want to consider other options. Consider the potential for sizing issues and read reviews carefully before purchasing. Overall, the MG4+ is a stylish shoe with some performance trade-offs. The high price point makes the durability concerns even more significant. Weigh the pros and cons carefully to determine if the MG4+ aligns with your needs and expectations.
I've been looking at some waterproof golf shoes for the upcoming season. I live in the PNW and it gets pretty wet and mucky out here so I want something that can keep me dry and warm when playing in questionable conditions. I've watched videos and reviews, but it's hard to find real world testing data like people using them through a winter season, so hopefully this can be a bit of a resource. Does anyone have any reviews or recommendations? Some that seemed like good options were: Footjoy ProSLX (and it's variations) G/fore Gallivan2r or G/18 Payntr 002 or 005
I currently sport the "weekend golfer starter pack" addidas. After 18 holes walking today my dogs were barking. What should I be looking at for next season as I want to try to lose the cart all together?
Have you worn G/Fore golf shoes with this type of soles? I’m thinking about getting a pair since I think they look sharp. But, how’s the traction? It seems like those circle pads are slippery. Let me know if you’ve tried them.
Recently picked up 3 pairs of these G/Fore High Top Disruptors and I’m looking for info on them. The only one I could find was the Blossom special editions that were a pair Bubba Watson wore at the Masters in 2018. If anybody has any info on the other 2 let me know
I’m looking for golf shoes that are multi-functional as casual everyday wear that’s also functional on the course as well. I see g/fore has something similar but $$$. I would appreciate other suggestions. Thanks!
